This Service encompasses the entire Management & day to day Operations of the School in collaborative assistance with the School Trust and is applicable both to a new Greenfield project (New Startup School) and to a Brownfield project (Existing School)

The Service can be coupled with our School Setup services for a Greenfield project.

The various tenets of the service comprise primarily day to day running of the School.

• Identify land & Building (Greenfield School)

• Annual Budgeting & Accounts management.

• Annual time table

• Curriculum/Pedagogy support

• Human Resource Management: Recruitment, Training and Monitoring of all Staff.

• Infrastructure maintenance & development

• Admission Support with various tools viz-a-viz branding, marketing, referrals’ School website…

• Procurement services..

All the above to culminate in enhanced revenue on a year-on-year basis.
