Erudio Consultancy was mandated to assist and guide in the Formation of an NGO & Services Company for a large Educational Group based in Haryana. The assignment included studying the relevant regulations and suggesting an appropriate framework that would meet the promoters’ requirements.
Completed the assignment in 2021.
Deeksha Learning, Bangalore: Is in the business of imparting education at Pre-University level with the philosophy of Academic & Technology Integration. It prepares students in Commerce & Science for Pre-University courses and for various competitive examinations. It has Centres in the States of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telengana.
It wishes to foray into the K-10 sector (Private Un-aided) and sought Erudio Consultancy’s guidance in setting up New School framework.
- Structure for the School Management for K-10.
- Review, validate and ratify their business Plan.
Erudio Consultancy provided the broad framework, structure and inter operations of the entities and reviewed in detail the business plan for the venture.
It has facilitated Deeksha in acquisition of an existing School in Bangalore and further consultation on School operations.
Edqart is an exclusive school Merchandise portal. It is a one-stop solution for all merchandise needs (uniforms, textbooks, notebooks, shoes, bags, stationery …) made available for parents to buy these from one place.
The mandate was to help them in increasing their School Footprint both with Private and Government Institutions.
North Hills International School (NHIS), located in close proximity to Manyata Tech Park, started in AY 2014-15 by Teachers who worked in South-East Asia and in some very renowned National School chains. Their love and passion for fostering life-long learners that set them on a mission to help nurture and augment every student’s capacity. School’s curriculum dissemination is a reflection of this thought and effort. This successful endeavor has set them on path to establish a new and bigger campus on Doddaballapura main road, adjacent to Hotel Ramada in AY 2023-24.
Erudio’s mandate is to further the development of their existing School (NHIS) and to help setup their new campus at Doddaballapura road.
Erudio will support the new school in marketing, branding, social media marketing, admissions management and also be assisting in space allocation, phasing, design review and business planning for the new school.
Abu Dhabi (UAE) based School chain mandated us to carry out a feasibility study for acquisition of an existing School (identified by us) in Bangalore. This school is part of a large Indian School chain. We have submitted our report.
In discussion with a Doha based School to setup nurseries in the Capital.

The Promoters of the school wish to explore progressing the school to an all-community English medium National curriculum un-aided Private School (from a religious minority Urdu medium School) to better utilize the existing School property and with self-sustaining profitable monetization outcomes.
Erudio mandated is to carry out feasibility Study for a successful migration from a religious minority Urdu medium School to an all-community English medium National curriculum un-aided Private School with profitable monetization outcomes and subsequent school operation by Erudio. It is an ongoing project.
